We process personal data to provide the website and platform, authenticate users, enable time tracking/absence features, and provide support. Legal bases include, in particular, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract/pre-contractual measures), Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests), and where applicable Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

Depending on use, we may process contact details (name, email), login data, company assignments/roles, time and absence data, and technical log data (e.g., IP address, timestamps).

To provide our services we use carefully selected processors: hosting and email (Hostinger International Ltd.), payment processing for paid plans (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Dublin, Ireland), sign-in with a Google account (Google Ireland Ltd.), and web fonts (Bunny Fonts, BunnyWay d.o.o.). Where required, data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR are concluded with these providers.

If data is transferred to countries outside the EEA, this is done only if the requirements of Art. 44 et seq. GDPR are met (e.g., adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).

We store data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations. After that, data is deleted or anonymized.

We use technically necessary cookies to provide the platform. Optional analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ireland Ltd.) are only set after your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25 TTDSG) and can be withdrawn anytime via the cookie settings. Details can be found in the cookie policy.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
